This discipline deals with the natural science of liquids and gases in motion. It is close to Molecular Dynamics, which focuses more on unique docking between molecules – with Fluid Dynamics the interaction is more homogeneous.
For TATA R&D we optimised a new heat transfer algorithm, and improved software correctness.
For another customer we ported their algorithm to new hardware. We also improved performance of the original code, while keeping maintainability (code-readability and structure) at the same level.
